The Breen Auction Group has conducted onsite auctions for the past 14 years and the lessons learnt during this time ensure a high level of governance and project management for our vendors. Onsite auctions are generally offered as a solution for businesses that are generally not located in the CBD, where access and parking have no strict limitations on the extraction of goods, where neighboring businesses are not affected throughout the sale process and also where there is no strict time constraints for our clients premise to be vacated or made good.
The benefits of onsite auctions is the ability to keep the labour costs to a bare minimum and ensure our vendor yields the best result possible. The purchaser in most instances will consume the labour costs to dismantle and extract goods ensuring the profitability of the auction is not affected.
The Breen Auction Group project manage the entire sale process for our vendor.
- We will collate furniture, lot, label and prepare for sale.
- We will create a catalogue of all items and upload this to our website
- We will market and advertise the auction through our website, print and electronic media and more so to our loyal committed regular buyers.
- We will facilitate the auction
- We will manage the financial element of the auction, hold monies in our trust account, reconcile and pay our vendor within 7 working days of the auction.
- We will manage and oversee the extraction of goods.
- We will also assist with the management of assets not sold at auction through our recycling program.
- We will provide a report detailing the breakdown of goods sold, goods recycled and goods taken to landfill.
